Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, and TCM syndrome differentiation belongs to the lung and kidney deficiency type; 2. Aged 45-80 years; 3. Voluntarily participate in clinical research and sign the informed consent; 4. Outpatients.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with more serious primary diseases such as heart, kidney, liver, brain, hematopoietic system; 2. Pregnant or lactating patients; 3. Those who cannot cooperate and have severe cognitive impairment; 4. History of glucocorticoid or p-receptor agonist use within the past 1 month; 5. Patients with contraindications to the study drug.
