20 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Healthy singleton pregnancy, gestational age >= 37 weeks; 2. American Society of Anesthesiologists Physical Condition II; 3. Natural childbirth, cervical dilation of 2-5cm during the latent stage of labor, and epidural analgesia for painful uterine contractions.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. BMI>35 kg/m^2, epidural anesthesia is contraindicated; 2. Opioid analgesics or sedatives have been used within 4 hours; 3. Subjects who are allergic to local anesthetics or sufentanil, complicated by pathological obstetrics or medical complications, and the labor process is less than 60 minutes.
