Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with early breast cancer treated in the Second Xiangya Hospital of Central South University were diagnosed as HER2 positive breast cancer according to the definition of Her-2 positive in the ''Expert Consensus on Clinical Diagnosis and Treatment of Her-2 Positive Breast Cancer''; 2. Receive standard treatment with trastuzumab for at least half a year; 3. Cardiac function assessment (left ventricular ejection fraction LVEF as the baseline value) was performed before the first use of trastuzumab, and cardiac function was detected every 3 months after the start of treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with missing case data or lost to follow-up.
