Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged over 18 years; 2. ECOG score 0-1 points; 3. Metastatic or unresectable advanced colorectal cancer with RAS gene mutation; 4. Received bevacizumab combined with standard first-line chemotherapy and the efficacy evaluation was CR/PR at the time of enrollment; 5. The main organ function and bone marrow function are normal; 6. Patients voluntarily participate and sign the informed consent form, and can cooperate with the study according to the requirements of the program.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Participate in another interventional clinical trial within 4 weeks before enrollment; 2. Received PARP inhibitor therapy before enrollment; 3. Suffered from or still accompanied by other systemic malignant tumors in the past 5 years; 4. Severe infections requiring antibiotics, antivirals or antifungal control; 5. Other situations deemed inappropriate by the investigator for inclusion.
