Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Those who meet the diagnostic criteria are the diagnostic criteria for osteoporosis formulated by the World Health Organization. T value >= -1.0 indicates normal bone density, and -2.5 = 50 years; 3. Clear awareness and barrier-free communication; 4. Voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Congenital bone metabolic disease, serious physical disease; 2. Long-term use of bone metabolism drugs.
