Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients with acute herpetic neuralgia with thoracic or lumbar ganglion involvement, disease duration 3.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. There is infection or tumor at the puncture site; 2. Those who are allergic to drugs such as recombinant human interferon a-2b and compound tamethasone; 3. Patients with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, liver and kidney dysfunction, and abnormal coagulation function; 4. Diabetic patients with poor blood sugar control and systemic failure; 5. Those who suffer from mental illness and cannot cooperate with the operation.
