50 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria of cerebral infarction, and confirmed as ischemic stroke by CT/MRI; 2. Anterior circulation ischemic stroke, the first onset; 3. The course of the disease is 10 to 30 days; 4. Aged 50 to 75 years; 5. The condition is stable and the consciousness is clear; 6. National Institutes of Health Neurological Impairment Score (NIHSS) 4 to 15 points; 7. Have not received acupuncture and other electrical and magnetic stimulation treatments within 24 hours; 8. Patients and their families were informed about this study and signed an informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Transient ischemic attack; 2. Acute posterior circulation cerebral infarction; 3. Severe coma and severe brain herniation in the acute stage; 4. Large area cerebral infarction and serious primary diseases of the heart, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system; 5. Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), severe cardiopulmonary dysfunction; 6. Abnormal blood pressure, systolic blood pressure >= 180 mm Hg or = 110 mm Hg or <= 60 mm Hg; 7. Mental mania, cognitive impairment, unable to cooperate with acupuncture treatment; 8. Those who have taken psychotropic drugs, sedative drugs, and antiepileptic drugs in the past 1 week.
