Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The gestational age is 20-23 weeks, the intrauterine twin pregnancy is diagnosed by ultrasound and the fetal development is normal, and the chorionicity is not limited; 2. Either natural conception or artificially assisted conception; 3. Aged over 18 years; 4. Filed in the outpatient department of our hospital and have regular obstetric inspections, planned for the producers in our hospital; 5. Those who have primary school education or above, can understand Chinese, and have no communication barriers; 6. Pregnant subjects and their families agreed to participate in this study and signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who are pregnant with serious physical diseases at the time of filing, such as diabetes, hypertension, heart disease, kidney disease, coagulation disorder, etc.; 2. There is a serious visual impairment; 3. Patients with mental disorders and severe depression; 4. One of the twins has a stillbirth or fetal defect; 5. Those who have participated or are participating in mindfulness training.
