Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. All patients undergoing primary total hip replacement or total knee replacement. 2. Complete follow-up data (outpatient follow-up or pharmacist telephone follow-up) are available at 1 month, 3 months, 6 months and 12 months after operation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Use antibiotics within 1 month before surgery; 2. Postoperative complications of respiratory tract infection, urinary tract infection, and gastrointestinal tract infection; 3. History of joint infection; 4. Local use of antibiotics; 5. Secondary replacement surgery, revision surgery; 6. Combine a variety of surgeries.
