Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-80 years; 2. In line with the surgical indications of flexible ureteroscopic lithotripsy; 3. CT prompts upper ureter or kidney stones; 4. Single stone: 1cm<=D<=2cm; multiple stones: 0.5cm^3<=total volume of stones<=4.2cm^3; 5. Stone CT value <=1200 HU; 6. Fully understand this new technology; 7. Sign the informed consent form for surgery.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. There are contraindications for flexible ureteroscopic lithotripsy; 2. Known and highly suspected ureteral stenosis; 3. Severe heart and lung disease cannot tolerate surgery; 4. Uncorrected diabetes, hypertension; 5. Uncontrolled coagulation disorders; 6. History of pelvic surgery and radiotherapy, obvious stenosis and bladder contracture below the ureteral lesions; 7. Ureteral fixation, stenosis, fibrosis, difficulty in inserting ureteroscope or indwelling flexible ureteroscope sheath; 8. The affected side is the renal pelvis in the renal hilum, or the flexible endoscope sheath cannot be placed in the lithotripsy calyx during the operation.
