Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 45-65 years; 2. Meet the diagnostic criteria of the 2015 Chinese consensus on the diagnosis and treatment of cerebral small vessel disease: magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), symmetrical white matter hyperintensity on T2-weighted imaging and fluid attenuated inversion recovery (FLAIR) sequence, Fazekas score >= grade 2 and at least one lacunar infarct (non-responsible lesion); 3. The patient's blood pressure is stable (100-160/60-100mmHg); 4. Agree to conduct systematic cognitive and motor function evaluation, be able to understand therapist or instrument instructions, and be able to complete the required actions; 5. Approved by the Ethics Committee of Gansu Provincial People's Hospital. Agree to participate in this study and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who have visual or comprehension dysfunction or other reasons and cannot cooperate with the training; 2. White matter hyperintensity of other causes, such as multiple sclerosis, metabolic or toxic encephalopathy, infection, etc.; 3. Possible cardiogenic embolism; 4. Balance and gait abnormalities caused by other reasons, such as bone and joint diseases, spinal cord injury, peripheral neuropathy, infectious nervous system diseases, etc.; 5. Severe bone and joint disease and severe pain in joints and muscles, which affect the activities.
