18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA II-III class, NYHA cardiac function class II-III class; 2. Adults aged 18-65 years, not pregnant; 3. Aortic dissection surgery intended for deep hypothermic circulatory arrest and confirmed by the investigator to meet the criteria; 4. Sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Have a history of heart failure before surgery; 2. Coagulation dysfunction, hemoglobin <11mg/dL, platelets less than 10X10^9; 3. End-stage renal disease.
