20 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 20-65 years, weight 40-66 kg (BMI 18.5-23.9); 2. ASA classification II - III, cardiac function classification I-II.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Minimal Mental State Examination (MMSE) <= 23 points; 2. Secondary surgery; 3. Severe visual or hearing impairment, illiteracy and/or communication difficulties related to pronunciation or dialect; 4. Acute or chronic infectious diseases; 5. Taking anti-inflammatory drugs, immunosuppressants or psychotropic drugs; 6. Lung, brain, liver, kidney and other organ diseases, endocrine system diseases; 7. History of stroke or other neuropsychiatric system diseases, carotid atherosclerosis or stenosis in the previous 6 months; 8. Refusal or accidental discharge.
