18 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. HBsAg positive for at least 6 months before enrollment; 2. HBeAg negative, HBeAb positive, ALT level continued to be normal for at least 1 year (ALT = 2x10^3IU/mL; 3. All patients have not used nucleoside (acid) analogs or interferon antiviral therapy before enrollment, and have not used any hepatoprotective drugs; 4. The diagnosis meets the diagnostic criteria of the ''Guidelines for the Prevention and Treatment of Chronic Hepatitis B'' revised in 2019; 5. Voluntary cooperation to complete the follow-up.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant or lactating patients; 2. Under the age of 18; 3. Combined with other hepatitis virus, CMV, HIV and other infections; 4. Combined with other liver diseases such as alcohol, metabolism, drug or autoimmunity; 5. Patients with liver cirrhosis, liver cancer and liver transplantation (Note: Use BMI and ultrasound to exclude fatty liver, ultrasound or CT to exclude liver cirrhosis).
