Age

20 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Elective gynecological laparoscopic surgery for the first time; 2. ASA I-II grade; 3. Aged 20-60 years; 4. Willing to accept research and sign the research voluntary letter.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of long-term use of opioids; 2. Those who are pregnant; 3. Vomiting or taking antiemetics within 24 hours before surgery; 4. Patients with motion sickness; 5. Those who are allergic to experimental drugs (dexamethasone, local anesthetics, non-steroidal drugs, opioids, etc.); 6. Bradycardia, sick sinus syndrome, atrioventricular block; 7. BMI>30kg/m^2.
