18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) performance status I–II; 2. Aged > 18 and < 60 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Cervical instability, nasal bone fracture, nasal septum deviation, skull base fracture; 2. BMI>=30kg/m^2; 3. Preoperative Mallampati grade >= grade III, history of difficult tracheal intubation; 4. Respiratory tract inflammation, nasal congestion, foreign bodies in the upper respiratory tract, tumors, polyps, laryngeal injury, high risk of reflux aspiration, and chronic renal failure requiring dialysis for obstructive sleep ventilation disorders; 5. Coagulation disorders; 6. Those who are expected to have difficulty in mask ventilation due to severe maxillofacial deformity or intraoral mass; 7. Patients who refuse or cannot provide informed consent.
