Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Female patients with stage 0-III esophageal cancer initially diagnosed by pathology; 2. Aged 18 years and above; 3. Perform surgery in a research hospital; 4. Living in rural areas around the hospital will facilitate follow-up contact in the next year; 5. Provide written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Have a history of other cancers; 2. Patients with neoadjuvant chemotherapy; 3. Patients who have participated in other psychological interventions; 4. Patients diagnosed with cognitive impairment or mental disorder according to the American Diagnostic Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders Fifth Edition DSM-V.
