18 Years to 89 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 90 years, gender, ethnic unlimited; 2. Gastrointestinal tumor surgery under general anesthesia, operation time is 2 hours or more; 3. Agreed to participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.A history of schizophrenia, epilepsy, or Parkinson's disease;Because of severe dementia, language barriers, coma, end-stage disease situation cannot complete preoperative assessment; 3.Serious abnormal liver function (Child - Pugh, C grade), abnormal renal function (preoperative on dialysis), or preoperative ASA class IV or higher.
