Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Source of study subjects and expected number of cases: Thoracic surgery was performed in Jiaxing First Hospital from August 2021 to November 2021. The operation time was >90 min. There were 200 patients, aged 18-80 years, with ASA grades I-III.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The operation is only performed under local anesthesia, regional anesthesia or anesthesia monitoring; 2. The patient refused to participate in the experiment; 3. There is a history of chronic pain or symptoms of chronic pain; 4. Patients who died during or immediately after surgery; 5. Patients with severe liver and kidney insufficiency and severe abnormal coagulation function; 6. Allergy to anesthetics.
