18 Years to 64 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA 1-2; 2. Aged 18-64 years; 3. elective orthopedic surgery in the lower limb performed under general anesthesia; 4. BMI 18.5-25kg/m2; 5. predicted surgical duration less than 3 hours; 6. pateints who provide their informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Abnormal airway structure (restricted mouse open, micromandible, Mallampati classification > 3, OSAS, reduced extent of cervical movement) 2. Previous surgery or radiotherapy in the mouse, laryngeal or cervix 3. High risk of gastroesophageal reflux (hiatus hernia, gastroesophageal reflux disease, full stomach) 4. Chronic throat ache 5. Asthma, COPD or other restrictive ventilation dysfunction 6. Weight > 80kg or < 40kg (restricted by the optical laryngeal mask)
