Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for stroke in the "Diagnostic Criteria for Cerebrovascular Diseases" formulated by the Fourth National Cerebrovascular Disease Conference in 1995; 2. The first, unilateral onset and stable disease; 3. Unilateral limb paralysis; 4. Aged 30-80 years old; 5. Disease duration =20 points; 7. Brunnstrom stage I-III of the lower extremity on the hemiplegic side; 8. Sitting balance >= grade 1; 9. Family members and patients signed the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Brain stem and cerebellar stroke; 2. Suffering from progressive cerebral apoplexy or malignant progressive hypertension, severe visceral system disease, malignant tumor, etc.; 3. History of organic brain disease, mental disorder, and epilepsy in the past; 4. Treat local skin damage, inflammation or hyperalgesia in the area of irritation; 5. Modified Ashworth score of lower extremity on the affected side >= grade 3; 6. Concurrent diseases that seriously affect the sensation and movement of the lower extremities, such as rheumatoid arthritis, lumbar disc herniation, lower extremity trauma, severe skin damage, fractures and peripheral neuropathy.
