Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients after kidney transplantation; 2. Aged over 18 years old; 3. Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria of the Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Adult Community-Acquired Pneumonia (2016 Edition): (1) Newly developed cough, expectoration, or exacerbation of existing respiratory disease symptoms, with or without purulent sputum, chest pain, dyspnea, and hemoptysis; (2) fever; (3) Signs of pulmonary consolidation and (or) smell and moist rales; (4) Peripheral blood leukocytes >10x10^9/L or <4x10^9/L, with or without left shift of the nucleus; (5) New patchy infiltration shadows, lobe or segment consolidation shadows, ground-glass shadows, or interstitial changes, with or without pleural effusion, are shown on chest imaging examinations; Any one of (1)-(4) above plus (5), excluding pulmonary tuberculosis, lung tumor, non-infectious pulmonary interstitial disease, pulmonary edema, atelectasis, pulmonary embolism, pulmonary eosinophilia After cell infiltration and pulmonary vasculitis, the clinical diagnosis of pneumonia can be established. 4. Those who communicate well in language.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with pneumonia within 14 days after surgery; 2. Patients with severe pneumonia infection who meet the diagnostic criteria of the Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Community-Acquired Pneumonia in Adults (2016 Edition). Main criteria: (1) Mechanical ventilation with endotracheal intubation is required; (2) Vasoactive drug treatment is still required after active fluid resuscitation in septic shock; (3) Secondary criteria: 1) Respiratory rate >= 30 times/min; 2) Oxygenation index=7.14mmol/L; 6) Systolic blood pressure =3 minor criteria are met; 3. Reject participants; 4. There are other contraindications to pulmonary rehabilitation (such as absolute arrhythmia, heart failure, etc.).
