18 Years to 75 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 75 years old; 2. Clinically diagnosed as non-small cell lung cancer; 3. Lung cancer surgery was performed in the Affiliated Hospital of Qingdao University; 4. There was no distant metastasis in preoperative clinical evaluation; 5. Preoperative clinical evaluation of cardiopulmonary function, liver and kidney function can tolerate the operation; 6. American Society of anesthesiologists (ASA) score I-III; 7. No neoadjuvant chemotherapy, radiotherapy, targeted therapy or immunotherapy; 8. Good compliance, can cooperate with research and sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Pyothorax, chylothorax, atelectasis, liver cirrhosis; 2. Intraoperative transfer to open chest; 3. Preoperative albumin<35g/L; 4. Extensive lymph node dissection; 5. Suffering from serious diseases, which are not suitable for inclusion in the study after the evaluation of the investigator; 6. Suffering from mental illness and poor compliance.
