20 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA I-III; 2. 20-70 years old patients; 3. Patients undergoing laporascopic nephrectomy under general anesthesia; 3. Patients with BMI less than 26kg / m2; 4. Subjects with normal liver and kidney functions; 5. Patients were aware of the study and signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Puncture site infection; 2 Anticoagulation status; 3 Allergy to local anesthetics; 4. Serious cardiovascular disease, blood disease; 5. Alcohol abuse; 6. Combined with myasthenia gravis or Parkinson's disease or pregnancy status; 7. History of previous spinal surgery; 8. Cognitive dysfunction before surgery, unable to cooperate with pain assessment.
