Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Normal semen quality criteria (Refer to WHO laboratory manual for the examination and processing of human seen version 5); 1.1 semen volume >=1.5ml 1.2 semen concentration >=15*10^6/ml; 2. The diagnosis of premature ejaculation; 2. Inclusion criteria 2.1 Between the age of 20-49; 2.2 In line with the diagnostic criteria of Western Medicine of semen quality normal criteria. 2.3 Without taking a drug that is beneficial to spermatogenesis within 3 months;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Younger than 20 or older than 50; 2. Patients with serious basic disease, such as cardiovascular disease, respiratory disease, liver, and kidney dysfunction, diabetes, etc.; 3. With Congenital malformations of the reproductive system, cryptorchidism, microcystins, orchitis, epididymis phlogistic, chronic prostatitis, varicocele, etc.
