Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for stroke in the classification of cerebrovascular diseases; 2. Clear consciousness, normal speech cognition, able to actively cooperate with inspection; 3. There are different degrees of motor dysfunction (hemiplegia) in the upper and lower limbs on one side, and the course of the disease is <=14 days; 4. Aged between 40 and 70 years old; 5. There is no fracture of the upper limbs on both sides and no skin damage; 6. The condition and vital signs are stable; 7. This study was approved by the ethics committee of our hospital, and patients and their families gave informed consent to the content of this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with peripheral neuropathy and other central neuropathy; 2. Bilateral limb paralysis; 3. The patient has cognitive impairment and cannot actively cooperate with the examination; 4. Severe speech, vision, hearing impairment or mental disorder, etc., which affects related assessment and treatment; 5. Contracture and other factors lead to limited passive movement of the affected finger joints.
