control group:DSA only, no stellate ganglion block

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. DSA cerebral angiography confirmed that the patient was a vascular malformation with specific changes in moyamoya disease; 2. Preoperative sober cooperation, can cooperate to complete all inspections and operations; 3. No known history of allergy to the test drug; 4. Sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. There is skin defect and infection at the neck puncture site; 2. Reviewer after EC-IC bypass operation.
