Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >= 60 years old; 2. It has been clearly diagnosed as type 2 diabetes or is taking diabetes-related treatment drugs (it takes >=1 year from the time of diagnosis or starting to take the medicine); 3. Sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Cardiovascular disease has clearly occurred in the past or emergency/hospital treatment due to cardiovascular-related diseases; 2. Combined with severe liver and kidney dysfunction; 3. Malignant tumor; 4. Those who cannot cooperate to complete all inspections.
