Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with irritable bowel syndrome aged 18-60 who signed informed consent; 2. Patients with irritable bowel syndrome meet Rome IV criteria; 3. Symptoms have appeared for at least 6 months before diagnosis, and the following criteria have been met in the past three months; recurrent abdominal pain, with an average of at least 1 day/week in the past three months, combined with two or more of the following: (1) Abdominal pain is related to defecation; (2) The attack is accompanied by a change in the frequency of defecation; (3) The onset is accompanied by changes in stool characteristics.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Accompanied by severe heart, lung, liver and kidney insufficiency; 2. There is a clearly known gastrointestinal disease or family history; 3. History of gastrointestinal surgery; 4. Gastrointestinal bleeding or blood in stool; 5. Unexplained weight loss; 6. Continuous fever; 7. The puncture site is ruptured; 8. Mental disorders cannot cooperate.
