18 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 18-40 years; 2. Unilateral ACL injury, injury to surgery not more than 6 months; 3. 10 weeks post ACL double-bundle reconstruction; 4. Patients with informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Significant joint laxity; 2. Meniscus injury; 3. Patellar movement disorder; 4. The affected side is not the first anterior cruciate ligament injury; 5. Received other lower extremity surgery; 6. There are cardiovascular or musculoskeletal diseases affecting participation in exercise therapy; 7. There are absolute contraindications to participating in exercise therapy.
