35 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients undergoing laparoscopic total hysterectomy,ASA I to II; 2.Aged 30 to 70 years; 3.Patients volunteered to participate in this study and signed informed consent before surgery; 4.Patients without impairment of speech, intelligence, understanding and can communicate normally; 5.Patients without neuropsychiatric disorders, drug dependence and history of alcohol abuse; 6.Patients without serious cardio-cerebrovascular disease and major organ dysfunction before surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with history of known allergy to esketamine and other anesthetics.
