18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 75 years; 2. The condition for safe puncture path; 3. The conditions for VAD surgery intervention and signed the informed consent for treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The onset time exceeds 35 days; 2. Patients with bleeding, abdominal cavity perforation, or abdominal compartment syndrome requiring emergency laparotomy surgery; 3. Previous retroperitoneal pancreatic necrotic surgery; 4 Patients with chronic pancreatitis.
