Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient inclusion criteria: 1. Pathologically diagnosed as lung cancer; 2. Expected survival time >= 6 months; 3. Aged >= 60 years old; 4. Informed consent and voluntary participation in this research. Carer Inclusion Criteria: 1. Age >= 60 years old; 2. The spouse who undertakes the primary care task of the patient among the family members; 3. Informed consent and voluntary participation in this research.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient exclusion criteria: (1) There is a communication disorder or mental illness; (2) There are severe organ damage and other tumors. 2. Exclusion criteria for caregivers: there is a communication disorder or mental illness.
