Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing elective cardiac major vascular surgery; 2. Aged >= 18 years; 3. Informed consent and signed agreement to participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Consciousness dysfunction; 2. Life expectancy is less than 6 months; 3. Those who have participated in clinical trials of other drugs or devices before enrollment have not reached the end point of the study; 4. Subjects have poor compliance and are unable to complete the study as required.
