Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Comply with the diagnostic criteria for hypertension in the Chinese guidelines for the prevention and treatment of hypertension (revised in 2018); 2.Aged > 18 years; 3.Use of antihypertensive drugs <= 2; 4.Patients volunteered to participate in the experiment and signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Take anti-inflammatory and antioxidant drugs within 3 months before enrollment; 2. Patients with severe chronic history, such as coronary heart disease, diabetes, malignant tumor, abnormal liver and kidney function, rheumatic immune disease, hyperuricemia, abnormal thyroid function, asthma, depression, etc; 3. Pregnant or lactating women; 4. AIDS and syphilis; 5. Poor compliance or inability to cooperate with the examination affects the clinical investigator.
