30 Years to 70 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing laparoscopic total hysterectomy, ASA anesthesia grade I-II; 2. Aged 30 to 70 years; 3. Patients voluntarily participated in this study and signed informed consent before surgery; 4. The patient has no language, intelligence, and comprehension impairments and can communicate normally; 5. The patient has no history of neuropsychiatric disorders, drug dependence and alcoholism; 6. The patient had no serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease or major organ dysfunction before surgery.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with history of known allergy to esketamine and other anesthetics.
