Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing elective cerebellopontine angle resection through the sigmoid sinus approach; 2. Aged 18 to 70 years old; the American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) is graded I-III; 3. General anesthesia; no metal or tape allergy in the past; no anti-vomiting drugs used within 24 hours before surgery; no other serious influence on gastric electrical activity (such as gastric retention, gastric ulcer, etc.); cardiac activity and autonomic nerves are affected Functional diseases (such as supraventricular, ventricular arrhythmias, etc.); 4. Willing to participate in the trial and sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Nausea and vomiting within 24 hours before surgery; pregnant women; breastfeeding; drug addiction; alcoholism; received radiotherapy and chemotherapy 7 days before surgery; 2. Has a history of epilepsy or is currently taking anti-epileptic drugs; preoperative cognitive impairment, disturbance of consciousness or other reasons cannot communicate normally; cerebral perfusion pressure (CPP) is less than 50mmHg or greater than 150mmHg; diabetic patients with poor blood sugar control (fasting blood glucose>12mmol/L); suffering from bleeding disorders; severe systemic diseases; using drugs that can affect gastrointestinal motility within 1 week before surgery; 3. Patients who have been treated with beta-blockers in the past 1 month; patients with severe heart disease, abnormal cardiac conduction and history of cardiac surgery; patients with severe liver and kidney dysfunction.
