Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Completed brain MRI confirmed patients with acute cerebral infarction; no aphasia and cognitive impairment; 2. The first onset; 3. Decreased level of unconsciousness; 4. The age of onset is greater than 18 years old; 5. Neurological deficits were scored using the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) and Self-care Score (mRS).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Have used antibacterial drugs or probiotics within one month; 2. Use of gastrointestinal motility drugs or laxatives within a week; 3. Patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage, myocarditis, severe heart valve disease, digestive system disease (irritable bowel syndrome, chronic liver disease, inflammatory bowel disease, tumor, etc.), severe systemic disease and previous history of abdominal surgery; 4. Subjects who enter the study, no matter when they withdraw for any reason, as long as they do not complete the prescribed observation time, they are called dropout cases; for dropout cases, they can withdraw from the clinical study; 5. For the dropped cases, the data that meets the plan will not be included in the analysis, and the cases that meet the inclusion and exclusion criteria will be selected again as required to ensure the number of patients studied.
