Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 45-80 years old; 2. Healthy people have normal cognition and do not take psychotropic drugs; 3. For stroke patients, within 6 months after the onset, the condition is stable and there is no neurological dysfunction; 4. Stroke patients have unilateral hemiplegia, and moderate to severe dyskinesias in the upper and lower limbs on the hemiplegia side.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Complicated with severe heart, lung, liver, kidney dysfunction or other serious physical diseases; 2. Past epilepsy and family history of epilepsy; 3. Metals implanted in the human body such as pacemakers, cochlear implants, metals in the skull, etc.; 4. Those with severe cervical vertebral disease including severe cervical conical canal stenosis and cervical spine instability; 5. Those with obvious cognitive and hearing impairments; 6. The condition continues to deteriorate, and new infarction or secondary bleeding occurs.
