Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Volunteers fully understand the purpose, nature, methods and possible adverse reactions of the trial, volunteer as volunteers, and sign the informed consent form before the trial begins; 2. Healthy male and female volunteers aged 18-45; 3. Male weight >= 50.0kg, female weight >= 45.0kg; body mass index (BMI) within the range of 19.0~26.0kg/m2 (including the critical value); 4. The volunteers have no history of chronic diseases or serious diseases within three years, and the general health status is good; 5. Those who can communicate well with researchers, and understand and comply with the requirements of this research.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Anatomical deformity of the thoracic or lumbar spine (determined by medical history or physical examination), history of surgery on the thoracic or lumbar spine or its adjacent muscles; 2. Allergic constitution, such as those who are known to be allergic to the drugs required for this test (inquiry); 3. MRI contraindications (inquiry); 4. Those who take painkillers for a long time; 5. Those who have coagulation disorders, or are receiving anticoagulation therapy; 6. Those who refuse to participate in the experiment.
