Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria of "Practical Neonatology" for premature infants, with a corrected gestational age of 28-34 weeks; 2. Birth weight 800g~3000g; 3. The vital signs are stable, and no ventilator is needed to assist breathing during treatment; 4. If there is feeding disorder without oral feeding, it needs to be fed through an indwelling gastric tube.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Congenital metabolic diseases or congenital developmental malformations, such as digestive tract malformations, oral malformations (cleft lip, cleft palate), etc.; 2. Combined with serious complications, such as severe bronchopulmonary dysplasia, intracranial hemorrhage greater than grade III, necrotizing enterocolitis, congenital heart disease with obvious hemodynamic abnormalities, etc.
