Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Men and women aged 18 to 65 years; 2. Meet the DSM-5 bipolar disorder type I or II diagnosis, or the definition of "atypical symptoms"; or meet the World Health Organization (WHO) criteria for abnormal glucose tolerance, diabetes, diabetes complicated by retinal/nephropathy/peripheral neuropathy The diagnostic criteria for patients with anxiety or depression; or functional gastrointestinal diseases (functional dyspepsia, irritable bowel syndrome) with anxiety or depression in accordance with Rome IV criteria; or in accordance with the World Health Organization (WHO) Diagnostic criteria for peptic ulcer, Crohn's disease, with an anxiety or depressive state; or other symptoms in the category of dysrhythmia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with acute infection, acute trauma, perioperative period, acute exacerbation of chronic disease; 2. Patients with critical illness or dying who cannot participate in this study; 3. Pregnant or lactating women; 4. Substance abusers.
