Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who received treatment in the Department of Burn and Plastic Surgery in our hospital from January 1, 2021 to December 31, 2024; 2. Diagnosed as acute wound, the location is not limited, the cause can be burn, trauma, etc., and the wound area is less than or equal to 3% TBSA; 3. The patient aged 18 to 60 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The depth of the wound is deep, involving the defect of fat or muscle tissue; 2. The wound surface is infected, or there is a large amount of necrotic tissue, which cannot be completely removed by one debridement; 3. Injury, or with life-threatening complications; 4. Associated with underlying diseases that may affect wound healing, such as diabetes, gout, etc.; 5. Patients who cannot cooperate, such as coma or mental symptoms; 6. Patients with poor compliance; 7. Patients who refuse to sign informed consent or refuse follow-up; 8. Patients who cannot be enrolled due to other reasons or factors.
