Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Undergoing Flap surgery; 2. Region of Foot and ankle only; 3. Under general anesthesia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. advanced peripheral vascular disease; 2. advanced diabetes mellitus; 3. unavailability of skin; 4. very large skin defects; 5. radiation injuries; 6. defects of the weight-bearing region of the heel; 7. defects reconstructed with other flaps.
