Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with 22G arterial catheterization for invasive arterial pressure monitoring; Allen test showed negative: the same puncture site was punctured only once; There was no bleeding, hematoma or ecchymosis on the skin at the puncture site.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Prior to puncture, there was a history of subcutaneous puncture bleeding or peripheral vascular disease; abnormal platelets; abnormal coagulation function, etc.
