3 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 3-75 years old; 2. Liver cirrhosis caused by various causes; 3. The indications for endoscopic treatment of gastric fundus varices according to LDRf classification are: Lg D1-5 Rf0-2, those who need elective or emergency treatment; 4. Sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Advanced liver cancer with portal vein tumor thrombus formation; 2. Patients with hepatic encephalopathy, coma, etc. who cannot accept or cooperate with endoscopic treatment; 3. There is a possibility of ectopic embolism caused by huge stomach-kidney and spleen-kidney shunts; 4. Serious cardiovascular diseases, including acute myocardial infarction, severe conduction block and heart failure; 5. Severe renal insufficiency; 6. Those with other terminal diseases; 7. Pregnant or lactating women.
