Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 20-80 years old, NIHSS score between 1-21; 2. There are definite symptoms of neurological deficit, at least one limb hemiplegia, hemiblindness and / or aphasia. 3. Able to carry out daily life independently before onset, mRs score<= 1; 4. Cranial MRI confirms acute cerebral infarction; 5. The onset is within 72 hours; 6. Patients and their families sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Past history of internal carotid aneurysm or arteriovenous malformation; history of brain surgery or cerebral hemorrhage within the past 3 months; acute cerebral infarction within the past 3 months; 2. Severe heart disease: such as infective endocarditis, pericarditis, acute myocardial infarction, ventricular aneurysm, ventricular thrombosis, severe heart failure, etc.; 3. Serious systemic diseases: such as cancer, AIDS, advanced dementia, renal failure, active hepatitis, liver cirrhosis, portal hypertension, etc.; 4. Pregnant women; 5. Contraindications of MRI; absolute contraindications of hyperbaric oxygen (unstable vital signs, acute cerebral hemorrhage, skull fracture, bullae, emphysema, acute otitis media, etc.); 6. Body temperature >=38.5?, systolic blood pressure >=160mmHg, blood sugar =22mmol/L.
