Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with elective open hepatectomy under general anesthesia at Subei People's Hospital from October to November 2021, aged 18-65 years old, American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) grade I-II, without cardiac insufficiency and cerebrovascular disease, BMI1830kg/m2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Do not sign the informed consent; A history of general anesthesia within 2.5 years; 3. Mental illness or long-term use of psychotropic drugs.
