60 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) aged over 60 years old; (2) To be diagnosed with amnestic mild cognitive impairment (aMCI); (3) have no significant visual impairment, hearing impairment and serious physical and mental disorders, can cooperate with the relevant intervention; (4) consent to participate in the research.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) have pre-existing musculoskeletal conditions, which prohibited the application of acupressure at the selected points; (2) have suffered from a neurological disorder (e.g., severe head trauma), psychiatric disease (e.g., major depression), or any other major medical disease that could potentially compromise their cognition.
