Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who need deep vein puncture; 2. Aged over 18 years old; 3. American Society of Anesthesiologists Class I–III; 4. Patients with body mass index less than 30.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Difficult ultrasound dissection (> 4 cm depth from the skin axillary vein); 2. Patients with ipsilateral clavicle or rib fractures; 3. Infection at the planned puncture site; 4. The patient has coagulation dysfunction (INR>1.5 APTT>15s platelet count <50000); 5. The patient cannot cooperate or is emotionally agitated; 6. The patient refuses to sign informed consent.
